Who am I?

My name is Elisabeth Matthews and I am a Licensed Massage Practitioner and Health Educator. I am currently seeking doula certification through DONA and PALS. I am concurrently training in aromatherapy and will seek prenatal certification in 2012.

What Do I Do?

In my many years of experience in alternative healthcare, I have learned to tailor wellness programs for clients. Whether it be stress-management, injury repair, or prenatal support, I have a wide knowledge of massage techniques, meditation, aromatherapy, nutrition, skincare, and exercises in my repetoire to help you achieve a state of balance. Where am I located?

I am conveniently located in downtown Kirkland at Kirkland Healing Arts. There is plenty of parking and myriad shops, restaurants, art galleries, and cafes. I am just 1 block West of the Kirkland Library. Plan a massage and stay around town!
